Hi Priyam,

I'm not positive that I understand your question correctly, but it's important to remember to always wash your hands between handling different animals, and to not let any dogs or other predators near your mouse.  There are no diseases likely to pass between them except possibly ringworm (a fungal infection that can pass to you, too), but as long as you wash your hands, you and the mouse should be just fine!
