Answer
Hi Jake,
This may sound like a very very stupid reply but... my first thought when I read what you said about the "white sticky discharge" was that you have a male and they are seminal plugs.  Is it possible that Bella is actually a male and everyone, including the vets have missed this?
I have a female iguana that goes off her food for almost the entire winter here. It is very upsetting to me. They do become very lazy when hand fed and take the attitude that it is easier to be hand fed. Mine also looses weight..all tests come back normal, etc.  No one knows why she does this other than "false gravid".  She acts like she is forming eggs, etc but never forms them as proven with x rays. You can try using some Rep Cal adult iguana food that you soak in warm water til they are soft 1/2 way through.  It is one thing that mine will eat when she wants nothing else...although it isn't a large amount that she eats.
I also use human grade acidophilus every other day on her and also a liquid vitamin B complex every 3-4 days. In all honesty, with mine, I've stopped worrying so much when she does not eat as long as she is active and not lethargic. With the iguanas, we may never know why they stop eating like this.  Generally females will eat a lot of food prior to breeding season. Summer is generally the time they eat a lot..then breeding season is fall, early winter with egging to happen in late winter into spring. Some follow this "schedule" pretty close. Others, well, they go through the motions of it but never actually form the eggs. Generally, when they do become gravid, even though they don't eat, their stomachs will get larger due to the eggs forming/growing.  Your Bella is at the right age for forming eggs. If you see that she seems to be getting bigger in the belly, I would have another x ray done to see if she is forming eggs.
I know that I've not been able to give you a positive answer, but ideas of possible reasons for the not eating and a few things I do with my own iguana. One important thing is to make sure she is getting enough water intake as they can go a long time without food but must have water.
