Hamsters eating Styrofoam

is it ok if you  give your hamster or mice Styrofoam like the egg cartons to chew on?

NO styrofoam is a horrible thing to give a hamster. Its not even hard and doesn't prove any point for gnawing for a hamster, Styrofoam disinegrates and flakes, which can get lodged in a hamster's stomach. Under no curcumstance should you ever give a hamster styrofoam to chew on, only certain cardboards, kinds without ink or glue.
