hi my hmasters bottum is quit dirty do i need to clean it our just leave it

Answer
If it is your hamster actual bottom(around his anus) it might need to be checked out. If his poop is like diarhea, then take him to a vet, because it is a possibility that he has wet tail, which is a deadly disease amoung hamsters.
