New Puppy!

Question
I just bought a new puppy, he is about 5-6 weeks old.  I already own two other dogs, an Old English Sheepdog (5yrs old) and a havanese (11 yrs old).  The Old English Sheepdog does not like the puppy. if the puppy comes near him he will turn his head away or get up and move away. For the most part he wants absolutley nothing to do with the puppy, but if the puppy gets too close to his face or his food he will snap and he actually bit the puppy once.  Because the Old English is semi big and the Rott will get big i'm worried they will fight in the future.  Also i'm worried the Old English will teach him to be mean to other animails and i want the puppy to have good experiences with animals and people while he is a puppy so he will be a sweet Rottweiler.

Answer
My first question is why do you have a puppy that is too young to leave its mother???? Many states actually have laws against sending a pup to its new home unless it's eight weeks old.  This pup may not learn bite inhibition and other skills very well, so please do find a puppy class asap and get him there before he is 10 weeks old if you can (make sure it's a positive class that has a puppy play time before class).
As to the OES not liking the pup, my guess is that he is being tolerant, except for the food issue, so you can manage that by not feeding the dogs in the same room, but separating them at meal time (with doors, not just by feeding on the other side of the room).  If your OES broke the pup's skin, I'd worry, but if it was just a warning snap, perhaps puppy learned a valuable lesson and no harm done.
