Why do dog hump any dog&dont listen

Why do dog's hump eachother even when they are not the same sex,and why do labodor's are hard to train to sit or come here or stay

Answer
"Humping" can be about sex, about status or about being over-stimulated. Some dogs will hump to ask "is this behavior okay with you?" and the other dog either allows it or doesn't. I've had a number of Labradors in class and haven't ever found them to be difficult to train. You might benefit from a training class where they can teach to communicate clearly with the dog.
