I just got my new puppy 2 weeks ago and she is mean. she bites and draws blood.i can't dry her without fighting with her. and i have to blow dry her because is cold o and she fights they towel too. she like to beat up my 8 year old chihuahua

It's not unusual for puppies to use those sharp little teeth, and not unusual for them to object to being restrained. Here's a good article on teaching your puppy bite inhibition (how to control the amount of force she uses.

I would also get the pup in a positive training class, and they can help you learn to teach her that being restrained is an okay thing, attached to lots of treats.
