Bathroom Training

I have a year old rat terrier puppy we need help training to not use the bathroom in the house.  Both my wife and I have very busy schedules and cannot do it ourselves.  Need your help!!!!!

Brent, I've got questions for you before I can make suggestions.  Please reply and we'll go from there:

How long are you gone during the day?
Where is the dog confined while you're gone?
Does the dog have accidents in the house while you're home?
Does the dog have a way to tell you he has to go outside?
Is he neutered?
Is he marking in the house (leaving puddles) all over the house?
Is he pooping in the house as well?
