epilepsy?

Hi, i have a 3 month old toy poodle. 2 days ago I had to take her to the vet because she was falling over as if she was drunk.She could'nt balance and she was peeing on herself and when she stood still she was wobbely.The vet said it looked like she has epilepy and gave me a liquid vitaman with valume in it.Could it possibly be something else like something she ate or alergic reaction to some thing. She licked some snow crab juice off the floor.I'm just hoping it's not epilepsy. She comes from a great background. Thank you for your opinion. Tiffany.

Hi Tiffany,
Yes, it does sound like she had some type of seizure. She may have more, or she may not. If they become more frequent be sure to let your Vet know, as he will want to change her meds to something that will work better.  You may not see another one for a long time.  I hope not!
