fixing

My dog just went into heat for the first time last week and she is suppose to be fixed this week on wed. Can she still be fixed if she is in heat?

Hello yes she can be spayed while in heat but it is more risky and osts more because they keep her asleep longer...best bet is to keep her leashed during walks leave her in the yard alone for only enough time to peeand keep her inside when your away until her cycle is done then reshedual her spay until her heat is over.
