Electric Fence and Bark Collar

I have a dog who wears a collar for an electric fence and she's starting to have a problem with barking.  Is there a product that can help with both or that can be worn at the same time?

A citronella collar might work for the barking, but there is nothing that works for both.

You need to start training this dog and practicing "Nothing In Life is Free" with her. http://k9deb.com/nilif.htm When she starts barking at something, call her into the house and reward her with a treat for coming when called. This will cease the barking and give you a speedy recall.
