My daughter recently move back in with me and has a husky mix puppy about 8 mo old. I have 2 very well trained labs and they all get along great. They are inside dogs at night and stay in the garage with access to a outside pen at all times during the day. Our problem is that her puppy pees every time I or anyone else pets her. She is housebroke for the most part, still has her accidents but does very well.

Assuming the dog does not have any type of urinary tract infection, what you describe sounds like submissive peeing.
