3 yr old yorkie pooping in house

I got this yorkie about 5 months ago; she just recently started pooping in the house and it's only when I'm home.  I have tried to take her out just a few minutes after eating and she just walks and sniffs (she will pee outside, hasn't done that one time in the house).  HELP! :)

You may need to practice traditional housebreaking techniques; while the dog is 3 years old, your home and lifestyle is new to her.
