Female in heat and has diahhrea

my 4 yr.old yorkie is in heat and has had diarrhea but hasn't lost her appetite or wantto go outside. She went outside, came in and less than an hr later she had an accident on my couch.My vet is out of town until Tuesday.Couldshe have eaten something outside, is it  due to her being in heat? she doesn't have the other signs of parasites, she is laying around,but she always does that when she is in heat.she has had pups b4,has all her shots and is normally in great health.what can i do 4 her since my vet is out of town?

Yes she could have eaten something or she could have taken a drink of water from a puddle that was dirty.   Until your vet gets back, try a children's dose of pepto bismal. Start with a 1/4 tablet and increase to a half a tablet in food as needed.  Make sure she is drinking a lot of water to replace what she is losing.  
If it gets worse let me know, this should help out for now.
