MY MINI SCHNAUSER WHEN EATING WILL PUT HER NOISE IN AND OUT OF BOWL AND WHIMPER BEFORE SHE EATS, THIS CAN GO ON FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES BEFORE SHE WILL EAT. I HAVE TRIED DIFFERENT TYPES OF BOWLS AND SHE DOES THE SAME THING, IF YOU PUT THE FOOD ON THE FLOOR SHE WILL EAT IT RIGHT UP.

Well this is an odd habit! Is her neck touching the side of the bowl? If she is having discomfort putting her face into the bowl, that may be why she is whimpering. trying using a low sided bowl. Another thing may be that her collar is clanging against the bowl and she may not like that. if she is wearing a collar take it off and see if that helps. let me know if it persists!
