Is milk OK?

I just bought what looks like a 6 week old puppy, my dog trainer said I should let him drink milk for the next two weeks to build up his bones, is this true?  Right now he will drink anything.  Also his stomach is abnormally large but I think that is from his not being fed properly, when will it go down?  Also, what is the best brand of food for pit bull puppies?

You should not give the pup cow milk. If you do makesure you dillute it with lots of water. You could instead feed a good quality food and get some milk solution from the vet. The stomach is probably going to shrink as the pup grows up. Pits are not ever really fat so it should go down. And besides a lot of pips appear bloated all the time.


I recommed feeding the pup royal canine or nutro. You can also spend a lot of money and feed holistic like go!natural, wellness, and innova.
