i have a american pit girl and a presa canario male she is on her last week of heat an they've got stuck about four to five times do you think she will get pregnant

Sounds like a good chance.  It is a good idea to have 24 hours between each tie/lock.  It gives the male a chance to build the sperm  back up.

You can bring her to the vet for a blood test in about 10 days... They will let you know if she is pregnant by her hormone levels...
