Female Pitbull bumps

Hello,
We have a female pitbull, that always has these little bumps all over her skin, they itch her terribly, there little bumps on her head and back, and her butt itches her. Would predisone help her?

You should consult with your vet about the prednisone.  Dogs can be allergic to many things (grass, flea bites, cleaning products, etc) and vets can do allergy testing to determine that, but one thing you can change now is her food to see if there's any improvements.  Ingredients to avoid are corn, wheat, soy.  There are special allergy diets, one is Natural Balance Duck & Sweet Potato, another is California Naturals brand, and many others you can find out about online or in pet stores.  Also, due to her skin issues she should never be bred, so I recommend spaying her if you haven't already.
