Barking Lab

Question
My 9 month old chocolate lab has a barking problem only when I come home from work and at the dog park when the other dogs don't want to play with him he chases them barking constantly. Is this normal for a lab and do you have any recommendations to correct this. All other times he is fine.

If you want to stop it, you can train it out of the dog.  It's not necessarily about the dog being a lab, it's just a personality quirk the dog acquired.
