new puppy coming home

Question
This weekend my husband and I will be bringing home a 2 month old Golden puppy.  A little background - we are currently living in Guatemala and found these puppies through word of mouth. We have seen the parents who both appear to be pure Goldens (we're not too concerned about having a purebread). Since things here are much less informal, we would appreciate advice on what we need to prepare for our new little girl!
