please help me save my german shepard !!!!!!!!!

I have the same problem as the couple with the two yr. old male.He is loving only toward me,my husband,my sons and my grandsons.He has nipped almost everyone else.He got out friday night and nippid my neighbors 14 yr.old.They want to put him down in 8 days.I'm willing to give him up if I can find any help.He is very smart and loyal.I can't even go to the bathroom without him sitting there waiting for me to come out.If you know of any rescues or anything that could help,please let me know soon.

Hi Joyce,  Unfortunately most rescues won't touch a dog who has bitten in any way.  It is too much of a liability for them.  You are in a really bad situation as most people won't mess with a biter at all, no matter if they nipped or actually did a full bite.  Wish I could be of more help, but your situation is a very bad one that I see all the time unfortunately.
