i have a 10 week old dog, at what age should his ears stand up

Hi Spike, a GSD's ears will go up and down until they reach about 6-8 months of age because of teething.  If the ears are not completely up by 6 months, then you will want to give the puppy calcium supplements to help get the ears up.  If that isn't helping, then you will need to tape the ears to help support them while the puppy is taking calcium.  Hope this help,
