German Shepherd and her seasons

Hi there, we have a lovely German Shepher bitch who is 8 years of age... she still comes into season every 4 months or so and we wondered if and when these will ever stop

Your female is one of those bitches that cycles frequently, not uncommon.   The only way to eliminate this hassle is to spay her.  As she is considered senior now, please make sure your vet does the bloodwork for a senior dog to make sure she is healthy enough for the anesthetic.  The extra cost is worth it in case there is something there with her liver or kidneys that has gone undiagnosed.
