how to stop my two cockers from chewing on fencing

HI I have two cockers One is a 13 month cocker and the 2nd is a 4 month springer, We have fencing (6ft high) all around the back garden where the dogs are during the day we have tried sprays to stop them constantly chewing the fencing but with no luck. Is there anything that wil not harm the dogs but will detere tham from this habit ??

Colleen, it's not a good idea at all to leave the dogs out all day.  Especially if you're not home.

What is the fence made out of?  Wood?  Metal mesh?

They're doing this because they're bored and probably not getting enough exercise.  Try doing a big walk in the morning and then confining them indoors while you're out.
Get them kongs and stuff some peanut butter inside.
