Question
how do stop my puppy from biting my feet???? please help. he is 10wks old and a happy puppy, its just me he bites!!!!!

Answer
Hi Colette, Sorry he is doing this, but i must say its just puppy behaviour, however he must learn your feet are not his toys, i know my little girly used to do it, sometimes even when i was walking up the garden or in the house, lift him up and place him away from you keep your voice at one level and a sharp NO! and immediately give him a toy to play with, if he takes it and plays with you praise him and tell him his a Good Boy! You will have to keep doing this until he learns you are not happy with him biting your feet, its all about repetition really and Cockers are quick learners, He obviously likes your feet though, i know one of Lucy's puppies is doing the same thing her owner tells me she keeps trying to pull her socks off, you could try spraying something on your feet that pup wont like, i.e. a spray deodrant he wont like the taste, give it a go, dont hesitate to message me back if you still have problems, Good luck and enjoy your boy, Cockers are fantastic dogs and believe me they all grow up to be just GREAT.
