my white boxer has little bumps under his skin on his back? I just started to notice them yesterday what could they be? and how can i make them go away do i need to see a vet?

I'm sorry but without seeing him and his bumps, it would be too difficult to tell you what they could be and I'd hesitate to guess.

They could be as inconsequential as hives or as serious as a staph infection.  

It's always a good idea when something crops up that's new and/or unusual to have a vet take a look.  If it's something simple or common, the next time it happens, if it does, you'll not need to go to the vet hopefully.
