popping jaw

I have an 8 month old male boxer my question is when he yawns sometimes his jaw makes a popping sound is this normal or is it  something i should be worried about?

Hi Jason,

A cracking or popping jaw is not uncommon, especially in a puppy since they're going through so many growth changes.  If he seems to have trouble eating, or it appears to be painful to him, or if it continues for several weeks or increases in frequency or intensity, it would be worth a vet check just to make sure there's nothing else going on.
