new dogs received from rescue group. 2 adorable bichons.
alpha female has aggresive behavior on leash while walking her toward people that come up to her..she tried to bite them.  never had this situation with a dog so not sure how to correct..please help.

now lets see what the problem is here...

I know exactly what you are talking about we too had a rescue brought in to us like that, we eventually got her to behave but it was not easy, it requires alot of patience
What we did was a oot of short walks . stopping at every opportunity to talk to her, tell her what she is seeing, when you walk past another dog dont be frightened, walk past dont speak and then stop. Say GOOD GIRL.Repeat this daily at least four times per day, a good five mins each time.
make sure you walk right past without speaking.
Avoidance is better at the moment until she is correctly leash trained.

Start leash training now as if she was a little puppy again, its back to basics, after two weeks some difference should be noted. Then just continue until you feel confident she wont react, if you need more help please log into our site its free and there are lots of articles to help you
