Bichon biting & crate training

Question
My family recently brought home a 8 week old male Bichon Poo. At first he was loving and playful. Now is biting my children (4 & 2) in the face, ankles and hands. What can I so to stop this as he is more aggressive in the mornings. We are also having a very difficult time training him. He does not sleep in his crate but on my daughters bed and when he wakes up he staring to bite her throughout the night. He will not go into his crate, regardless of toys or treats. When he is in there he cries until he is let out. Any advice about making crate training a little easier, because everyone in the house needs to have a good night sleep. Thank you

Answer
Hello this i quite normal at that age for ALL dogs. THis is called mouthing and is how pups play with their siblings  what you need to do is to assert your authority over the pup without being harsh or cruel. We suggest a loud  NO , then return fido to his crate for a few minutes.
