Sneezing

My 4 month old Bichon seems to be sneezing, I have noticed it for a while although over the past 2 weeks it seems to have got worse, should I be concerned about it?

this sounds like (extremely common in all toy breeds, its called )reverse sneezing and is quite harmless, the best way to resolve this is to grasp (gently) the muzzle and blow (gently) up into it in a sharp movement.
However it can also be simply an allergy that causes the actual sneezing, one would need you to give  better description, whereas reverse sneezing the dogs chest will rise into the rib cage it looks quite  distressing eventhough it is not. Real sneezing is very different , mostly a repeatative attack that is often associated with an allergy .childs benadryl dose will help in this instance.
