Yes she is aggressive to most.  I tried the Gentle Leader Headcollar with poor results. She dropped her head to the floor using her front paws to remove it. walking was out of the question.

Walking is not a privilege -- it's a necessity. If you don't take your dogs on walks, you don't even want to know what will come of it. She will become unbalanced and try to dominate you, causing many other problems to evolve. There has to be a collar or leash that will eliminate the troubles you have with walking her. Maybe this is the one: http://www.cesarmillaninc.com/products/i-collar.php       Do you have a treadmill? If possible, try putting her on the treadmill with the Gentle Leader. Walk next to her as if you were on a treadmill as well, but hold the other end of the leash as you walk. Note: this should be used only as a temporary substitute for walks.
