Question
Hi Susan, this is not a question, but simply and update of my golden retreiver who had threshold fear.  I last wrote you in Sept. or Oct.  My pup, who is now 14 months old, is doing so good.  He is over his door fears, has been neutered, goes out the door with my husband now, and with anyone who offers him outside.  We took him to the beach the last week of Oct., and the trip was great.  I did have to force him down the stairs several times, but after that, he would go on his own.  He loved the ocean and the long walks on the beach, and we were even able to let him walk and run some off leash.  We still go for walks, about 2 1/2 to 3 miles per day, and all the neighbors love him, and he loves the attention, of which he no longer shys away from.  I wanted to thank you for your encouraging wisdom, and to let you know that I will forever thank you for just giving me simple advice as running him on the leash.  That little bit of info was what got him going in the right direction.  He has come so far, and I and my husband never thought it would be this quick,  So thank you and please know that what you do, does indeed make a difference .  Have a very merry Christmas,  or Holiday, which ever you prefer.  Blessings to you and yours.

Answer
Dear Kathy, What a wonderful Christmas blessing you have given to me! Thank you for taking the time to write and let me know that the great pack you have created is having so much fun. It makes me feel go good when I hear of success stories and of people that have really taken the time to work with their dog towards creating such a wonderful bond. May you have many years of joy together. Merry Christmas to you and yours. Warm Regards, Susan
