3 Male cats

Hi,

I've been having a few issues with my three cats. I have an older cat who is 5 and that I have had since he was about 5months old. He has always been a bit feisty, but timid and a bit of a roamer, staying away days at a time.
The middle of last year we got 2 kittens, one of which sadly died earlier this year. The older cat had never been two fond of the kittens but they co-existed. Since then we have taken in the brother of the kitten in. They get along like great which has never been a problem play fight and sometimes get annoyed at each other.

However we had been looking after this brother kitten for about a month and half when the older cat Meowski disappeared . Amazingly a neighbour found him 6 weeks later. I kept him inside in an enclosed area to himself for a week. Since then the kittens i guess have been ganging up on him. He now cowers around the house and they fight nearly every night. We have tried separation, keeping them all inside, using water. Both the kittens are male and about 1 1/2 years. They seem to  follow the older cat around, and then attack it some instances. They haven't injured each other, but the older cat runs away, and has seem distressed by hiding. We have tried the pheromones spray. Do you have any suggestions? (sorry for the long question)

There is not too much you can do short of permanently separating the kittens from the older cat. If the older cat really didn't like what they are doing he would turn around and really fight them. Then they would start leaving him alone. Just give Meowski (cute name!) a place he can go to get away from the kittens and have time to himself peacefully.
