My cat is pooing and peeing everywhr!

Question
I adopted this cat when he was in the drain dying. My parents didn't agree with me but I argued over it.

So, Its about 6 months in my house now. the first few months was okay. Eventhough he scratches and he's very aggressive, he's been a good boy pooing and peeing in our toilet.

This year, Right this year. He began to pee everywhere. He seems to find wet spots like near the washing machine, the toilet and even in my parent's bath tub! My mom threaten me to throw him away. She even threw him away before. I went and take him back and I had to flea control him again and again.

Today, He begin to poop in my parent's toilet on the floor. Since my parents rarely wet their toilet floor, my mother became very furious. She took a cane and cane him once. I quickly place him in another toilet and close the door.

Everytime he did this, I try to teach him in a soft way. Placing him in the toilet again and again. I'm trying to protect him. I don't want to see him ended up in the streets... But he just don't understand!!! Why?!?!?! Why must he poop and pee everywhere?!?!?

I'm going to lose my patience. I really dont' want to see him being thrown away by my mom. If he's not registering my soft teaching than I have to use hard teaching methodddd (ITS NOT THAT I WANT TO) IF I DON'T MY MOM WOULD THROW HIM AWAY AND I DON'T WANT TO SEE THAT.

please.. before i do so.. please.. tell me what to do ...

fyi... because we are not rich family... so.. i didn't get to bring him to vaccine and neuter.. I'm saving money to bring him to neutering...

Do NOT hit him for ANY reason! And get him a litterbox and put it in the bathroom! Cats are NOT supposed to use the toilet ONLY! And get him neutered! That will help solve some problems.
