Bad Hair Day

Question
My cat Shadow is just ove a year old and the past few mornings she has been grooming me.  I wake up to her licking and pawinf my hair.  I know she is trying to do soemthing nice, but I want to break her of this habit so I tell her NO (which usually works) but in this istant it hasen't first thing this am she was on my pillow grooming my hair.  

Any suggestions?

My cat licks me too. ; ) Shadow is just trying to tell you 'She Loves You'. That is the way cats would show love to the people they care about. I would suggest that you do not let her enter your bedroom when you are going to sleep.
