kittens acting a little strange

i bought two female kittens (sisters) at a pet shop about three months ago they have been a joy. then the other day they stopped eating there morning treats that they beg for at 4 am now i noticed that they don't eat like they use to there litter box is not as full as it use to be either. so i went out and bought a can of tuna which they love but they turned there nose up at it, i do hear them eating a little at night but no like usual, they do continue to play and chase each other through the house . any advise would help me i know that i am an over protective worrying mother lol but i was wondering what you think

The best way to tell if an animal is sick,  is that they won't eat. It sounds like your kittens, however, are eating... just not eating as much as they used to.  Although giving kittens a can of tuna is a good way to cause diarrhea big time, I am however surprised that they didn't want it! (a morsel ever now and then, but never a whole can!)  Since they are still being playful, then they must feel ok.  I would watch them really close. If they begin to shun food completeley and have any of these symptoms:  runny eyes and/or nose, sneezing,diarrhea, vomiting,  no energy or a combination of any of these, then take them to a Veterinarian.   I don't think you're being overprotective, I think you are being a good pet mom!
