patches on cats fur...

i was wondering if you know of or have seen a cat that has a cat shaped patch of fur. i was wondering because i saw this cat that had a heart shaped patch on its fur so i wanted to know if cats can have cat shaped patches on its fur.

Given the random, very varied nature of the with white patterns, which are different on every cat, even though I have never seen a cat shaped patch of fur, I would speculate it has probably happened that a with white cat would have had a cat shaped patch of fur, at one time or another.
