There is no exact date for when female cats are ready to mate. They will let you know when they start to call, that is they meow outside, calling for a mate.
Female cats mature at any age from about 6 to 9 months old, but it is advisable not to allow them to mate before they are 9 months old, really it would be better if they were about 12 months old
