how to stop my cat from giving birth ??

hi ,
my cat gave birth to 5 kittens on 24 august 2010
it's been a month.
it goes out every day 4 hunt.

all i want to know is , is there any medicine to stop it from giving birth again ??

If you don't want your cat to have any more kittens then she needs to be taken to the vet to be altered.  There is no 'medicine' that is without risk and it can only be obtained from a vet.  If you are in the USA it is doubtful that a vet will prescribe it.

Once altered/neutered she will be able to go out without any more worries.
