AnswerI would have her tested for tick borne diseases....Lyme, Ehrlichia, RMSF, Babesia...these can cause anemia as well as the other symptoms you describe. Also, leptospirosis is a concern and I would have your vet check titers.
Try getting her to eat a small amount of raw liver 2-3 times a week as well as well as B Complex vitamin--25 mg a day.
If she has heart disease, then starting her on Enalapril would probably be a good idea as the weakness and anemia could be due to the heart not functioning properly.
