Puppy Vomiting

My six month old puppy is vomiting 4 times today and didn't eat today or last night, she is acting lethargic and feels warm to the touch on the stomach. no diarrhea. She is voiding and she had a normal bowel movement yesterday. She was drinking water yesterday, but not tonight. We have other dogs who are fine. We are very concerned

Sincere apologies for the delayed response.  Puppies can get many short term viruses as do humans, but in puppies there is always the concern for distemper.  Is she vaccinated?  Has she been exposed to any strange dogs in recent days? A couple days is reasonable to expect for a virus but if longer or any blood in the stool or she continues to refuse water/food you should take her to your veterinarian.
