Puppy is sick, whats wrong?

Question
I have a 7 month old feist mix puppy. Today she started laying around, sleeping all day, and not playing. She has also been puking all day. Her puke is a whitish mucuosy texture. And thats all she is puking although she has been fed twice today. Her feces are greenish in color. She can barely keep her eyes open at any given time even standing, and she is shaking a whole lot. She doesn't have a fever and she gets worm medication monthly. What could be wrong? Its too late to take her to the vet so I need to know what I can do until then. She won't eat or drink anything. I tried to give her ice cubes and she won't take that either.
Well she has eaten twice today and has had water but its just in the last few hours she hasnt eaten or drink anything.
Her food she has eaten today were meatballs, ham, bologna, and some health dog bones

Answer
The diet you are feeding this dog will make her very, very ill. Dogs are creatures of habit and their digestive tracts are made to eat one kind of food only. They are also omnivores which means they need vegetable matter in their diets too.

"Her food she has eaten today were meatballs, ham, bologna, and some health dog bones" None of this food is for dogs.
What you have fed her is extremely unhealthy for her and is loaded with fat, sodium and very little nutrition. Even dog bones are not a substitute for a regular diet.
She either has pancreatitis from what she has eaten or she has parvo.
You didn't mention whether or not she is vaccinated.
She can't open her eyes because she is very dehydrated and she needs to see a vet right away.

She needs supportive IV fluids and medication to calm down her gut and her pancreas.

You have to get her on a solid diet of dog food such as Science Diet if you want her to be a healthy dog and live a long time.
Dogs cannot live on human food such as you are feeding her. She needs a clinically balanced diet.

Please get her to a vet immediately and then get her some Science Diet Puppy growth to start her on once her stomach has settled.
The vet might test her for parvovirus while she is there since she is showing signs of it.

Please get her into the vets and then let me know later what they find.
And please, please, please do NOT feed her any of the stuff you have been feeding her again. She will only get sick from it again.
