My 4lb York-a-poos testicals

Hello: My name is Andrea.  I have a 4lb York a poo.  Im not familiar with what small male dog's testicles should look like but both testicles seem like the have a lump on the tip.  It seems to be sensitive to him when I touch it but they are his private parts and do not know if he react BC of just that.  What Do Small Dog's Testicles look like?  Do they have a gland or some sort of lump on the end of it?  Is that normal?  please help as I am concerned only BC I don't know if its normal or not.

What you are seeing Andrea is just the end of the testicle. It is called the tail of the epididymis, but that isn't important. It is normal.
At 4 yrs old, however, this dog should be neutered already to prevent him from getting testicular cancer and/or prostitis. These are very common in unaltered dogs.
He is still young enough to get it done and possible prevent these.
