My Dog is a 7 year old female.  Husky/lab mix.
Has severe reaction to weather changes becoming
scared confused and wants to race home.  She has become more needy for
attention whines alot.
Even on causal walks will become spooked by a noise or light and pull the
leash towards home.  This behavior pattern is increasing rapidly.  No
signs of any physical problems at all, meaning
she looks the same as usual.

Hi there!  It sounds as though this definately is a behavioral problem, and as an animal ages, the behavioral problems become more apparent.  You can talk to your veterinarian about possibly putting her on a tiny dose of a slight sedative that may just relax her enough not to be so filled with anxiety.  Acepromazine or Torbugesic are two great medications to do this with.  Just a tiny dosage not so that your dog is dazed all the time, just a bit more relaxed.
