Questionhello Tyler,
a month ago I asked your opinion on a sulfur denitrator. I went ahead and
purchased one and found it to be one of the best investments I have made
on my tank. My nitrate levels were 70 ppm, and now after 4 weeks with the
denitrator they are at 5 ppm! I was wondering what kind of side affects, if any
should I worry about? All my corals seem to be at their best, the colors are
brighter they expand more. I just wonder why more people are not going this
way. Are their any risks?
AnswerHey Alex
There arent any risks to it, i guess too many people dont know about them or see them as a excessive thing. Theyre really good though
One thing to watch for though is CO2 is a product of the process, and it can slightly acidify the water. As long as your PH is good, everything else should be good
