Coral Beauty Problem

Hello. For approx 2 weeks, my Coral Beauty looks like she has been scuffed up on her belly and sides. Scales look grey/white, like she has been rubbing against something. However, I have not seen her do any rubbing. She is acting and eating just fine. Is this a disease? Thanks.

Im not sure what it can be, but, i would look for more symptoms... is she scratching?  or is something chasing her?

Can you catch her and isolate her into a hospital tank?

most lfs sells them.. the issue with them or the reason i suggest them cause they are a natural remedy...
