koi dying

My koi are swelling up,eyes bugging out,scales are standing up,help. thank you

I'm sorry about your koi.  The eyes sticking out is called popeye.  It often goes along with the dropsy (scales sticking out).  Can you tell me more?  What kind of setup do you have?  What's in it?  How big are the koi?  How old is the pond?  Have you tested the water quality?  Dropsy and popeye are bad problems in that they mean something is really wrong, and they are almost impossible to treat.  Dropsy is an internal bacterial infection that prevents fish from pumping excess water out of their bodies.  You can try to treat them by doing water changes with added dechlorinator and adding pond salt at 0.1% as well as antibiotics but the only treatment I've heard gives any real hope is injected antibiotics.  For that, you need to contact a koi vet.  There isn't one in my entire state!  Check out http://www.koivet.com for koi health information and what they say on dropsy and popeye.
