will comets eat mosquito larvae?

I have a 55 gallon water barrel and it has a lot of mosquito larvae in it. Will my comets or bullfrog tadpoles eat them if I put them in the pond with them or will it hurt them?

Yup, both the Comets and the Tadpoles with eat mosquito larvae.  You can also use Mosquito Dunks if they don't get them all.  These are rings that float in your pond and contain Bacillus thurigensis bacteria.  It contains no insecticide, but gives the mosquito larvae a fatal stomach ache and doesn't affect other wildlife at all.
