Dead Frogs

Question
This weekend, a friend of mine found 6 dead Frogs floating in her pond. Any idea what could have caused this. (There are no fish in the pond)

Dear Nicholas,

As I'm maybe not the right expert in this field, I know that frogs can die by not getting our of the pond and when they sexed.
So maybe this is the issue?

Other issue can be fungal disease as there seems to be A large death within the frog communities.
