Male beta

Question
I have a ten gallon tank with a filter and heater. Two algae eaters are with the Beta. I got the beta two days ago. The beta is favoring one side of the tank and is not eating. I tried freeze dried blood worms and pellets. He won't eat either. What is wrong?

Let me make 2 guesses.....the betta is either on the side with the least water turbulance or he is hideing underneath a back filter.

Try feeding live black worms....he should take these.
